Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the material
- Notify the person responsible for the content, if applicable
- Take any other action required under applicable copyright law
We reserve the right to investigate all claims before taking action.
Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

Repeat Infringers
Pixdove reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
False Claims
Submitting a knowingly false copyright claim or counter-notification may result in legal liability under applicable law.
